Fitness Kickboxing at Master Overbey's focuses on the key attributes of strength, endurance and flexibility, utilizing easy-to-learn kickboxing basics and training aids including heavy bags for kicking and punching, medicine balls, kettle bells, plyometric and agility training.  Everyone progresses at their own individual rate.  You will not find a more fun way to get in top shape!

Class Times:

Monday - 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. & 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Tuesday - 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. &  7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Thursday - 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. & 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Saturday - 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
