My son attended the last two weeks of the summer program and absolutely loved it! He made new friends and his days were full of doing all the things he loves - swimming, Bonkers, movies, playing at the park, Nerf wars, etc. The staff is so incredibly kind and involved; they don't just sit on the sidelines watching kids play - they play with them! The kids are safe and well supervised. I just can't say enough good things about this program. I only wish my son could attend the after school program too. We are already looking forward to next summer!

My 6 year old son is absolutely LOVING the Summer Camp program. I am amazed every time I pick him up when he tells me all the activities they have done that day. I have never seen him so excited to get out of bed every morning. The staff is friendly, helpful and very reassuring. I can't recommend this program enough!

I have been so impressed with Master Overbey and everyone who works with him. My son has learned a lot, improved his concentration at school and has become even more polite while having a ton of fun. He has also attended the summer camps and day camps when school happens to have a day off. He loved the summer camp so much this year that he can't wait for next summer so he can do it again. If you are looking for something that helps your child become a well rounded person and a place that rewards their students for getting good grades, doing good deeds and reading on top of teaching them self defense skills and teaching an anti-bullying message, this is definately where you want to have them go!

If they ever offer a free Self Defense Class for Women, highly ,recommend you should go and bring a friend. Went this past weekend and it was great!! They also offer fitness classes for adults and programs for kids in Martial Arts.

I don’t have any martial arts experience. Can I take Krav Maga?

Yes, you don’t need experience to take Krav Maga classes. There are levels of Krav Maga just as there are in any martial arts discipline, so you’ll start at the bottom and work your way up.

Is there a belt system in Krav Maga?

Yes, there are six levels: Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Brown and Black. You’ll have to test at each level before advancing to the next.
